Please allow 3-5 business days to process, pack and send out your order. We will always work as fast as we possibly can to get your order packed and dispatched within 2-3 days, but sometimes when there is a large amount of orders, this can take a little more time, so please be patient with us.
If you would to cancel your order, you can do so as long as it has not been lodged and dispatched yet. The quickest way to get in touch to do this is by Instagram message and email.
Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all returns will incur a 20% restocking/admin fee that will come off the refund amount and postage will be at your cost.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue quickly. We will then issue you with a return label for the goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the Kwikwik sample packs or on sale items for change of mind. If you have ordered the wrong size, we can exchange only, and postage must be covered by you. Gift cards are also non refundable.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
