Q: Do the wick holders fit more than one size jar?

A: Yes, each size fits a few different jars from different suppliers. There is a sizing chart you can refer to which has the holder sizes and which diameter jars they fit. We have only tested some jars on the market, so the sizing chart is not limited to only those suppliers we have listed on there. View our sizing chart here

Q: What if the holders or wicking tool are the wrong size?

A: Send us an email and once we give the ok, you can return them to the return address, 2 First Court, Preston, VIC, 3072. Once received, if they are in their original condition, we can either exchange or refund, minus a 20% admin and restocking fee.

Q: Do the tools work with wood wick?

A: Unfortunately no. But we will be looking into wood wick tools in the future.

Q: How can I test or know which size to purchase?

A: There is a sizing chart in our main menu you can refer to. If you are still unsure, we do offer sample packs which include one holder from each of our 6 sizes available. Order yours here
